i don’t usually have conversations with the guy collecting carts in the grocery store parking lot, and i don’t know if you could really call this a conversation, but he did notice the color. “that’s a nice color on that car” he said. i’m sure

today jon won all of the ClubZ races in GT4, and won a 1971 240Z G-nose. after i took it around the neuremburg ring, we took it out for a photo shoot…

Dan and Diana Peterson once owned a 280Z, but now are retired and travel the country in their 5th wheel (which they park at the Dunes when in town). i don’t think we have much in common if it wern’t for the Z. but because of the Z, conversations start easily every time i see them. They remember with fondness the time spent in their Z. Diana’s voice quickens every time she talks about her Z. i look forward to hearing more stories, and will share them here as i hear them. I ran into them this Sunday before the “maranatha” service at Mariners, and with a quick Z smile, Dan asked me how my Z was. i told them about my new plates “ZSTORYZ” and Dan was quick to exclaim, “I would have more, but ours was stolen!”.
